(Year 232, Fall) One of them lives at Porto Luminosa in Tartosa, the other one up north at Old Crest in Newcrest. The other day an observant journalist noticed the two cousins' little get together on a public bench in San Myshuno's Fashion District. The two women, Baronesse Amalia de Vert (31) and Miss Elsa Gobelin (68), both belong to the outer circles of Mazaloom's aristocracy. But that's pretty much all they got in common.
We know they hardly had any contact in the past, so what made them sit down to talk this day? It looked like they debated a subject that grabbed them both emotionally. Is Amalia forcing her way into Gobelin Fashion? Or were they discussing news regarding a common relative? New fashion trends? Upcoming heritage?
Does their chosen meeting point give us a hint? San Myshuno's Fashion District happens to be the new main address of Gobelin Fashion. If they discussed the store facilities, it would be easier for them to visit the fashion store near by. Elsa rarely work there herself, though, as the store is kept by Elsa's distant relative, Chetta Ritz. Elsa Gobelin, Chetta Ritz and Clara Gobelin (formerly Clara G. Bjergsen) are all cousins through the three children of Elsa's father's father, Stuart Gobelin. Gobelin Fashion was actually founded by Clara's long gone father, Gustav Gobelin. Amalia is not involved with this side of the family, though.
Perhaps Amalia has finally come to the understanding that the broader family counts? After marrying and having two children back home in Tartosa, she obviously had some time for reflection. For all that we know, it might be her husband who convinced her to meet with her cousin Elsa Gobelin?
Will we ever get to know...?
