Sammy is not very good at playing, some practice will do him good.
Btw, Sammy is in need of glasses, maybe he did not see the clock clearly?
Rudolph left the room, while Donna tried to ignore the noise. she had no idea that this day would ruin most of her dreams of the future!
Sammy called for repair service again. Only a sink was broken, so I suspect he ordered service just to see Kassandra. She repaired the sink, then ran upstairs to get a child's toy from the toys chest. She really is childish, isn't she? The weirdest woman I've seen around...
While the others were outside, Sylvia and Abraham found a chance to inform Donna about the required skills.
She will need to max out Cooking and Painting before her heir reaches young adult! In addition she will need to max out one skill of her own choice, as well equipping one of the available units in the garden! And - she will need to reside in this house until her grandchild reaches young adult, or the challenge will fail!
Wow, will that even be possible? Skills might work, but will her main heir have a baby soon enough for that baby to reach young adult while Donna is still around? Then Sylvia and Abraham added that the baby must also have black hair and green eyes, so it would be a great advantage if Donna's main heir has black hair and green eyes, too!
Phew? Even harder, not to say impossible?
Donna's siblings Rudolph, Fiona and Sammy did not learn about the challenge. Fiona completed a school project, and to my surprise both her young adult brothers were able to assist her, and the project was done very quickly. Now I wonder if 3 adults are able to assist a student, speeding things up even more?
Finally, tonight Donna and Fiona headed for one of San Myshuno's karaoke bars.
Donna was nervous, but she relaxed a little when seeing the karaoke room was very small, and without an audience except Fiona.
It was like a private party, Donna could relax even if she is a rather lousy singer.
Ah, this was fun! If she could only find time to sing more, although she will need to focus on Cooking and Painting! Could she pick Singing as her personal skill to max out?
OMG! A woman entered the room! Uhm, is that Carly, Rudolph's friend? Oh no, now Rudolph and the others at home will be told how badly Donna were doing at the karaoke bar!
Fiona could hardly take anymore of her sister's singing. It was fun, okay, but she wasn't really interested. When she walked into the bar to buy something to drink, she noticed this place was packed with guys! So why should she lock herself inside a tiny room when she could hang with the boys out here?
Oups - it's way past curfew time! Girls, you better hurry back home!
Few days later also Rudolph hit a bar, this time Carly invited him to hang out at Oasis Springs.
They sure got something going, don't they?
Carly was interested, and Rudolph had a great night with her.
They even got into some dancing, but they both did quite poorly. Definitely no reason to trash Donna's lack of singing skills...
I forgot to mention that Donna's older sister Fiona will grow up tomorrow! She is already quite active online, but I don't think she frequented any dating sites yet. She is thinking of making a living from blogging, but time will tell. The household finally got a computer, placed in the kitchen where they always had a small desk.
There's one thing that I hate with The Sims 4. When you leave the lot with one household member, when you return back home, the other household members' needs seem to be totally random, but mostly in the green. Sammy went to workout in Gloomville, he returned back home 1 AM, and all household members had nearly full energy! On top of that, Sylvia and Abraham ran off to the playground to prepare a group meal at 3 AM!!! I do wish household members were in bed sleeping when a sim gets back home after midnight... *end of rant*
Sammy orders the repair service almost daily! Kassandra hangs out after fixing whatever needs some fixing. And she is still weird. Today she threw some red stuff at Sammy, just like that! She was angry, and he tried to calm her down. Hm, is she actually way too weird for him?
Finally! Sylvia decided to equip her outdoor kitchen, as one of the 5 units!
It's located near the stairs to their terrace, making it easy to get servings from the outdoor kitchen counter, and eat on terrace.
It's also close to the vegetable garden, but that plot is not really one of the units, so it might get moved. Sylvia arranged for an opening for free access, just in case. And, there are a couple more soil pots in the kitchen, will probably grow tomato and basil there.
Donna is stressed again. None of her siblings seem to do the cleaning anymore, now that they know Donna will take over the house as soon as she becomes a young adult. There will be plenty of cleaning ahead, should they order a maid?
