Simmerville Studio: Upcoming TV-Productions

(Year 2034, Summer) At a quick press meeting yesterday at Simmerville Syudio in Gloomville, two brand new TV-series to premiere this Fall/Winter were annonced. None of them are fictional, but they might both cover interesting stories. CEO Fritz Mervil, known from the popular Simmerville Show, introduced the two hosts.

Khloe A. Merlin is known from leading the Bagged Talent show a few years ago, but we heard little from her since then. Yes, she married Fritz Mervil, and yes - they had a baby, so she was probably busy at home. Now she returns to TV!

Vince Remeréz is the other host, brand new on TV, but quite famous already from his life long career as a successful Painter.

Simmerville Show - #7 (with a touch of Lovestruck)

(Year 232, Fall) Hey ho! Fritz Mervil is back with the 7th edition of The Simmerville Show, and this time all three guests are female. One with a memory from Ciudad Enamorada! Also, learn about the Flock People, and meet a fresh Knight!

The focus of the show in general is how I play my game, and all sims involved - including guests as well as the live audience - are actual sims from my game.

Windenburg Fox Battle

(Year 232, Fall) We were thrilled when we learned that Crown Princess Emireza would somehow contribute to the bi-annual dancing contest Windenburg Fox Battle this Fall! Some thought she would participate as contender, which could actually both make a sensation and sense, as she is currently residing at boarding school in Windenburg and we know she practices ballet dancing at school. However, it turned out she attended to open the contest!

And let's just agree that she won the opening! Despite this being her first bigger solo appearance, she seemed confident and happy. No sign of nerves at all. She even revealed a few dance relevant memories from her own childhood, where her father, His Royal Majesty King Tarriot, was the one who taught her to enjoy moving to music. She explained that they normally danced without music, though, because a session could take place quite unexpectedly and practically anywhere. She also shared an amusing memory when she aged 4, snuck into the Throne Room to dance - this time not joined by the King, but witnessed and cheered by the cleaning palace maids.

Gossips #9

(Year 231, Spring) Welcome to another gossips edition! This time some fresh Spring gossips, right before we get to this year's Social Season! I'm Antoinette Morck, milk farmer from Henford-on-Bagley, but many years as a city resident brought me pretty close to the celebrities cauldron, *shrug*. This is my 9th edition - hey, someone must have gotten those numbers wrong? It feels like I just got started!

I'm so glad that Region 8 Advorton, including Chestnut Ridge, seems to get more into publicity. I'll be looking out for regional gossips, hopefully there will be some in my next edition. Today I must warn  you there will be very little nobility gossips. I simply had to mash together news from so many other instances, there was no room for nobility!

Khloe and Fritz fooled the Press?

(Year 231, Spring) It was reported that TV-face Khloe Adrian (26) and Simmerville Studio CEO, Fritz Mervil (39) got engaged during a trip to Snorthia. We also knew that a wedding was scheduled for this year, assumingly in Summer. But, last night the famous couple was observed dining at Captain Blue in Gloomville, and what was shining on Khloe's left hand if not a wedding ring! Did the couple fool us all?

Khloe Adrian, best known for hosting the popular Bagged Talent TV-show, looked to be very happy. She and Fritz Mervil ate lobster, and both seemed to be in a very good mood.

Popular TV Stars Engaged

(Year 230, Winter) We were kind of waiting for it to happen, as this popular couple known from TV was observed so many times during their private hours. Now their engagement has been confirmed, as fans spotted them in Mt. Komorebi!

Khloe Adrian (25) became a known face over night as she hosted the popular TV show «The Bagged Talent» last Winter. She lead us through the 6 episodes as if she hardly did anything else in her life, despite being a brand new face with no relevant experience. And the person who obviously head hunted her, is now her fiancé, Fritz Mervil (38), known for hosting «the Simmerville Show», but he is also the CEO and main share holder of Simmerville Studio.

The Simmerville Show #4

(Year 230, Spring) Fritz Mervil is here with the 4th issue of The Simmerville Show, recorded at Fun Factory with guests and a live audience! This time the guests discuss a rare DNA defect and an upcoming trial, acting and not to forget a big challenge that is offered to one of the guests!

As usual, you might recognize a couple guests even if you don't follow this blog.

Fun fact: Did you know that the stage actually exists as part of the culture house called «Fun Factory», at Magnolia Promenade? This place is packed with rentable media production studios, meet & greet area, café, a small bar in the basement and even a restricted celebrity area. Random works made by visitors are put on the exhibition wall. This stage is rather small, with an attached costume+make-up room accessible only by stage crew. I think there are 30 seats for the audience.

Judith Ward's new Movies

(Year 230 Fall) Late Summer there was a film premiere from Simmerville Studio, and this Winter there is yet another one! Both movies feature global star Judith Ward (66).

At the press meeting in the studio café in Gloomville few weeks ago, that also presented financial overcasts and a line up of future productions, CEO Fritz Mervil (38) more than hinted that the two movies had taken longer than expected thanks to conflicts between crew and cast. When a journalist asked whether the conflict included Judith Ward, Mervil quickly changed subject.

With a live audience: The Simmerville Show!

(Year 228) A brand new TV show will premier end of January! Today the last recordings with a live audience took place at Fun Factory at Magnolia Promenade. The show includes many guests as well as reports from visits to local households.

Main host, Fritz Mervil, is assisted by a Castle Reporter and a Guest Caretaker, but refuses to tell us who his two assistants are or what exactly they will do. The former is said to visit households all over the region, with video reports being presented during the show. There is no rule for what households to be featured, but we will try to visit one high nobility House per show, plus one other. It will be possible posting a request if you want to be visited, or if there is a specific house you want us to tour. The Guest Caretaker will of course tend to our guests.

- Anyone who watched all previous video productions by Simmerville Studio will recognize them both, but they never appeared in the same production before! That's all I can say now!

It was freezing cold at Fun Factory during the recording, and both Mervil and the audience complained, but nobody left the set.

(Year 228) Well, let me just say that we need more casual suit jackets, but that did not stop me from creating some more variety to one of Maxis' formal jackets as well. Because, there is a new guy in my Region 12, Fritz Mervil and he is not unfamiliar with mixing formal with the casual.

So, while this is basically about a free download, I'll also introduce you to Fritz. He has been and will be quite central in several aspects...
