The Sims 4 Cats and Dogs EP is just around the corner - to be released on November 10th, and yesterday there was a stream session showing off the new world, Brindleton Bay. I captured a few screenies to share with you in case you want to refresh all those views!
Brindleton Bay comes with the countryside feel, but also includes the feel of a smalltown and the open ocean. Here's the world screen as you enter.
It looks good, I think!
The beach area seems like a great place to walk your pets. There are seagulls, too, that they will chase.
Many good residential lots are on top of the cliffs, giving those splendid views! And note the roof, there are new building features.
This looks like a nice area for a walk, don't you think?
I'll not focus a lot on the cats and dogs, because you probably played them in previous series. They seem to have a more distinct personality this time, and I'm glad they can move around a lot more. Like on counters and even sleep on top of your fridge! They can also climb some community decor like statues and boxes.
With all this water, there got to be boats. Your sims can't really own or use them, but they can walk those piers.
How about a wedding facing the ocean?
I love the docks area, just as I loved it in San Myshuno's Spice Market.
Pets and sims can go there, and cats can climb those cargo boxes.
And a little touch of Spice Market docks :)
Just a nice view. I love the misty background, wonder if it will change like a hint of weather to come?
The mist is everywhere, hopefully there will be clear days, too.
Clicking some of the boats will take you to the lighthouse on this island. It's simply teleporting, but still a new location to explore.
Pets can be ghosts, too. This creepy place belongs to them, maybe you want to befriend a ghost pet?
All in all I like Brindleton Bay, some of my next generation sims could definitely settle there!
