After Abraham's death, there was always an empty dining chair. He looked at them from the framed photos, and Donna was expecting her father to walk back into the room at any time. But no - he was forever gone!
There was no tradition for graves in this region (Region 12), no cemeteries and only a very few families secretly kept the gravestone of their beloved relatives.
The norm was to keep the urn or stone for 3 years, then release the spirit to Netherworld.
The death of grandpa Abraham also affected little Olivia's mood.
She got closer to the cat Sasha.
Then Olivia grew up and was ready to start school! She was a whiz kid, but surprisingly less skilled. It looked like Donna and Gerald paid her too little interest, and those interactions by Olivia's grandparents didn't really affect the girl's skills that much.
Meanwhile in San Myshuno, Fiona and her man Ayaan enjoyed city life. They smoked the water pipe daily, and Fiona was under bad influence in general. But she liked her new life and asked no questions.
Wait - did Fiona put on weight? Or was that a growing belly?
August and Olivia went along very well.
They shared a bedroom, while granny occupied the second upstairs bedroom. Also Sasha had picked a favorite spot.
Gerald assisted August on a school project.
August was a Social Butterfly as a child, and his first trait was Music Lover.
In all my families traits are inherited from parents. Boys get their first trait from mom, and girls from dad. Only available traits that was not already taken by a sibling can be chosen. A boy's second trait comes from dad, and girl's second trait comes from mom. Normally they choose their 3rd trait unlimited.
Olivia's first trait was Self-assured, from dad Gerald. She often ran over to the nearby playground to hang out with random kids.
Gerald practiced his protest speeches in their living room, right in front of dead Abraham's urn.
In the kitchen Donna could secretly join in on a random protest. And she had her own secret course, redecorating this old kitchen! It was on time she put her own colors onto this old house!
More in a few days!
