Welcome! :) On this blog you will find stories, how i play and videos created with The Sims 4, but also a few projects from older game versions can be found in the Archive. The old TS3 stories have their own blogs. Most long going stories have a main page with index of updates.

Check out Simmerville's Youtube channel!

I'm no longer on Tumblr! I refused to give all their 3rd parties unlimited access to my computer. Link still works, but no updates.

House of Sax-Donnersmalt: An heir was born!

(Y226) Baroness Morgan of Verde has given birth to a son, who will be the long awaited heir to his father, Auphor Sax-Donnersmalt, Baron of Verde. The happy parents announced that everything is well, and that they and the little one's sister, Lady Vitorina, are all very grateful.

The boy's full name is Dominus Juan Sax-Donnersmalt, and he will be entitled Lord Dominus of Verde.

This is quite the event - not only for the House of Sax-Donnersmalt and not just within Region 12 - as Lord Dominus is first or second in line of successors to FIVE peerages:

1st in line to the Verde barony.

1st in line to the Meadows dukedom, being half brother of the current Duke Victus. It's been known for a while that the dukedom will lack heirs, but Duke Victus is still rather young, and there might be time to solve it within the current house.

2nd in line to one of the 3 peerages held by Baroness Morgan's father, Dominic Fyres. This means that Lord Dominus will probably inherit either Deadgrass lordship (high nobility), Dresden lordship or Haunt lordship. Lord Dresden has only one son and there is the rule saying nobody can inherit more than one peerage from the same person. No matter which of those 3 peerages he eventually gets, Lord Dominus will for sure be a candidate to them all.

An heir can take over no earlier than age 25, but most peerages can stay dormant for maximum 25 years. Other successors might claim a peerage rather than seeing it go dormant, but it's still a bit early to tell.

All mentioned peerages are old school, accepting male heirs, only.

Here is Lord Dominus' family tree.
