(Year 230, Spring) Following any election it's tradition for the upcoming President to visit the royal palace. The Monarch appoints the President, and the latter presents the new structure of The People Chamber. This week President Rob Wilder (RIGHT party) had audience with His Royal Majesty King Tarriot. Wilder's life partner, Holly Alto, joined him, but aside of greeting the Monarch, she had no related function at the meeting.
Wilder and King Tarriot spent nearly an hour in the king's office. The 21 seats of The People Chamber was shared between the political parties according to the election results, except 2 seats that have been reserved Church of Similius ever since Year 140. Now the 21 persons form the 5 departments - 5 members of the Law & Justice dept., 4 members of each of the other depts.
The leaders of each department are:
Law & Justice dept.: Rob Wilder, San Myshuno (RIGHT, President)
Trades & Taxes dept.: Fanny Silverbone, Brindleton Bay (LEFT, Vice President)
Culture & Entertainment dept.: Anaya L. Jang, San Myshuno (LEFT)
Health & Welfare dept.: Rebekah Starks, Newcrest (MIDDLE)
Science & Education dept.: Emma Ratchild, Tartosa (RIGHT)
King Tarriot accepted the new People Chamber. He leads the Royal Chamber and in addition there is the Court Chamber (aka High Court). All 3 chambers must agree on changes this big, but as long as the departments are designed according to the election, approval comes easy.
After the meeting there was posing for additional press photos. Changes constitutionally take place from mid Spring (day 15).
President Wilder (69) was dressed as the fashion businessman he once was, before selling his fashion studio
Wilder Fashions, Inc. to
Gobelin Fashion. His partner,
Holly Alto (58), used to be a quite famous performer (performance artist), but since many years she focused fully on Alto Enterprises, Inc. which was founded by her late father, Nick Alto. She has a son (25) from 1st marriage, and 2 more children (twins aged 8) with Rob Wilder.
