Gossips #10

(Year 231, Fall) Welcome to the TENTH edition of my gossiping column! Yay! Ten editions is quite cool if you ask me! Despite social season just closing with the annual grand ball, this time I had to skip the bigger names in both nobility and royalty terms. But there is so much gossips anyway, and Mrs Ward did not manage to stay out of sight this time either...!

I'm Antoinette Morck, milk farmer from Henford-on-Bagley, but many years as a city resident thought me to keep an eye on celebrities of Mazaloom kingdom, and this is where I share!

I did travel a bit, including Chestnut Ridge, but first let's start in Windenburg!

We're having a look at the small household of High Priest Ansgar Profedius (67) of the Church of Similius!

Priests are not real nobility, but thanks to a 130 yeas old deal - or, perhaps the deal itself is a few years younger - the High Priests shall be handled on high nobility Baron level. I'm not even sure if it makes much of a difference, beyond some extra society and fame. High Priest of our stately religion would probably obtain both, even without such an old agreement.

Well, would you be surprised if the only daughter of the High Priest was married to a Priest? Probably not so much.

Miss Extrella Profedius (29) was married to Priest Fartain Booch (70)! He is Priest of the Britechester perish, where they will settle this Fall. Extrella's brother is probably aiming to follow in their father's footsteps - he is currently a Monk in Windenburg.

So, why don't we head over to Britechester?

New terms have already started and the district is full of students. This Summer saw the graduation of several well know residents, but only those achieving Honors get their portrait on the campus' wall of fame:

Here is Miss Lizzy Rab-Saxor (35), getting her Art Hisory degree. She was born in San Myshuno, but when losing her mother at young age, her uncle Ericco Rab-Saxor Master Lykke adopted her, and she was raised in Windenburg. She is not really seen as nobility, but with her new top degree I'm sure she will fare just fine!

The young man to the right of Principal Jurton Summerton, is Rohan Elderberry (33) from Britechester. He was raised next door to the Mossy Lane Dorm, where they both spent the past four university years. But I just figured that Rohan's mother is actually living in Chestnut Ridge! She is a local Country music legend - not necessarily in a god way... We'll see her again further down!

Ms Lizzy Rab-Saxor was regularly observed with her cousin, The Honorable Laura Rab-Saxor, who has been staying at Mossy Lane Dorm, too. Laura's father is the current Head of the House of Rab-Saxor, a position that Laura will some day take over.

A student not graduating until next year is Bonita Roxenfox (35) from Newcrest:

Bonita Roxenfox is engaged to Lord Leon de Cavalier (36), a well known Actor and also seen as one of the judges of the Bagged Talent TV-show. They didn't manage to stay apart during her stay at the dorm, but had small romantic meeting all over Britechester. There are rumors they plan to settle in a warmer climate until Bonita's parents are ready to leave the Roxenfox Hall to their only daughter.

And now, a fun stop in my own home hood!

The Rossie dukedom was the number one household of this district ever since our kingdom was founded 230 years ago. Duke Jarret of Rossie (61) is both a bit shy and very formal, but his close friend, the Grand Marshal, sent me a fun photo showing them taking a selfie together:

Isn't that sweet! The Grand Marshal is Robert Calves (61), founder of the Chestnut Equestrian Center. Duke Jarret to the right. They both lived a long Military career, and they are both happy with Horse riding.

How about some Mediterranean air?

In Tartosa we actually find several members of the Royal Family - two Princesses and one Prince. And there are more closely related, but not given a royal title.

Princess Hortenzia (57) posted the above picture to her Simstagram: «I had a new son. Blue eyes and four legs!». Followers wanted to know the goat's name, but so far the post was never commented by the Princess. She and her sister used to be «the scandal Princesses», but Hortenzia has become a nectar farmer wife, and is not as often in the magazines. rumors have it she want's to keep a low profile to give more space for her two grown up children.

Practically next door resides her older sister, Princess Aleccandra (62).

Aleccandra is married to the Baron of Tartosa, but as they never managed to have children, the Princess has been focusing more on her Actress career, which is not looking to go anywhere, really. Locals are whispering this couple is now seen quarrelling more and more often, maybe because the Baron has taking nectar making even more seriously than before. He still works with local politics, so perhaps he will need to make a choice to keep family peace? I imagine it must be a problem to him not having an heir, and if I got my research right, this barony might eventually move from House of Mandrake to the Royal House.

Now to the very southern part of our kingdom, San Sequoia! Behind me you see the upgraded Maritime Museum, but the reason we stop here is a surprise wedding:

That's Ms Lizzy Rab-Saxor again! Shortly after her graduation she married the 9 years older Vincent de Croismare, Baron of Man. He is brother to the married but childless Duke of Aarbyville. As you probably spotted the couple were pregnant already. It is normally not a good thing, but as long as they are not royal or high nobility, it's mostly fine as long as they marry before the birth. Vincent is active in Equestrian sports.

However, there are rumors that his brother, the Duke, did firstly disapproved on the wedding. Lizzy is below Vincent's rank, which can't be ignored as Baron Vincent is 1st in line to the dukedom.

Now a strange photo sent to me by a local of San Sequoia:

Some young local man was being blessed by the Heigh Priest Ansgar Profedius (seated) at the local Recreation Center! It's probably not a weird thing, except San Sequoia actually being the only region where the Yacobian Faith stands stronger than the Church of Similius. Standing to the right is the local Yacobian Bishop, Pauli Hueuey (55).

Finally, a quick stop at Chestnut Ridge:

During a Saturday night hangout, the country artist, Vivian, played her guitar. Her full name is Vivian (Elderberry) Hauxham (61), daughter of an elderly couple at Gibbs Hill in Britechester, where her son Rohan was raised. Vivian failed big time breaking trough, much thanks to her awful voice, but once she moved to Chestnut Ridge everything changed. She was recently widowed, and now she runs the small Hauxham nectar farm alone.

Well, in walked a woman we all know so well; Judith Ward (67). She was trying to get everyone's attention, and did not quite understand why locals cared less about her than a midlevel guitarist. She clapped her hands, of course not to applaud poor Vivian, but to steal her attention - but it did not work!

A local sent me this picture of a misbehaving blond city woman kicking down a dustbin or two outside...

Do you believe in magic?

I don't, but after receiving the picture posted below I might need to reconsider...

Count Helfert of Ticktop (47) is definitely riding a special horse! The picture was taken after midnight, near the Glimmerbrook Herbarium. Now I wish my daughters (and sons) won't claim to have a pink spotted Unicorn on our Cow Farm!

No footage from the royals this time. We know they were busy as wedding guests in Sea kingdom. But one event needs to be mentioned; HRH Crown Princess Emireza turns 20 this year! It means she takes one step up! I might put together one article covering this, later.

Even city residents do build more interest in Equestrian activities than before. It's not possible to keep a horse in a city flat, but there are several centers and farms where a horse can be borrowed if you want to practice some Horse riding.

And with all this advertising I really can't blame anyone for dreaming about horses...

Earlier this year the «Friends of Pepper organization» celebrated its 60 years anniversary!

Baron Rainert of Myshuno, a peerage originally controlling Spice Market, took a Summer break from University to give a speech at the anniversary celebration. Spice Market is very popular, but unfortunately seems to stay very polluted.

Wife of former President Pepperstone was seen eating two hot dishes at once...

... and, a celebrity was observed in ways that can not be unseen - Diego Lobo (51). His only son is about to start primary school. The kid's fashion sense might be interesting...

Well, that's all for now! Stay cool!
