Royal Teens observed in Chestnut Ridge

(Year 233, Fall) Guests at the local «Canter Dinery & Nectary» probably had to look twice to believe what they saw: The Crown Princess of Mazaloom walking in to place an order! No stylish outfit? Not even her hair properly done? No security? Or wait, was her bodyguards in disquis as regular restaurant guests? No wonder everyone stopped eating!

She placed her order and walked outside. And the guests were unsure whether the quick event actually took place at all.

«Canter Dinery & Nectary» at Riders' Glen in Chestnut Ridge is a traditional eating spot mainly for the locals, but recently also attracting foreigners. The place is owned by Baron Floyd of Emp (95), hailing from the House of Altham, that is well suited in this district. After his recent marriage nobody knows who will inherit his restaurant - if he goes first the place might become property of his old wife and her heirs of House von Kaching. Their testaments are closed until the will reading.

The place is based on the old nectary with a long history, and there was quite some protests when the baron announced the addition of a restaurant. Being the only restaurant in Chestnut Ridge the protests quickly faded, though.

The historical ground was not fully ruined. You can still stop by to make and taste nectars. Like at most nectaries, it's comon tradition to leave one bottle for free consumption when you stop by to produce your stuff. And the tiny market is still there, just a bit smaller.

HRH Crown Princess Emireza (22) was observed inspecting the sales stand where locally produced food can be bought the old way based on trust. You simply take what you need and leave as much money as you think it is worth in the old tin cup. The produce is mainly left there by locals who had a little more than they needed, and the content of the cup is given to good community causes. This tradition stands stronger in Advorton than elsewhere, and is particularly dear to residents of Chestnut Ridge.

The royal teens were seated outside on the large terrace. It probably gave them a bit more privacy as they were alone out there. Perhaps it was all well planned, but it appeared rather spontanious as they were all dressed quite casually, and the regular security was not seen.

They ate roasted chicken and seemed to have a good time. Pince Marcuz (18) and Prince Bazil (20) laughed at the jokes, and they did not at all seem shy. The fourth royal teenager, Prince Cecil, was nowhere to be seen, though.

There have been rumors related to why the royal siblings chose Riders' Glen, when region Advorton is so far away from Windenburg, where both Emireza and Bazil are in private highschool. Prince Marcuz is in Miliary School, a boarding high school in StrangerVille, which is in this region, Advorton. So, maybe his break was too short to travel all the way up to Windenburg? The Royal Palace Office's webpage provides no information related to this visit.
