New Political Elite

(Year 235, Spring) Following the Year 235 Election, the new People Chamber was opened and Mazaloom has got a new political elite. This happens only every 5 years, so it's worth some highlight.

The election only affected People Chamber, while High Court and the Royal Chamber goes by their own rules, with no replacements currently.

Windenburg Dukedom

(Year 235, Spring) Duke Merlin von Windenburg (83) is reported sick. A few nights ago he was transported to a hospital where he is still resting. The press release does not give any medical details, but confirms that he is still being tested while staying there for observation a few more days.

Duchess Mandy (49) is back home at Estate von Windenburg. The couple married 8 years ago and has 5 children aged 7 to 12, including two sets of twins. Their oldest daughter, Lady Mirarda (12) is fostered by Mandy's elderly parents in Oasis Springs.

Archery Rivalry Fest upcoming

(Year 235, Spring) The annual Archery Rivalry Fest is upcoming this Spring, and the committee wants to announce that parts of Hothead Rock Hideaway will be closed for preparations.

This event goes way back with aristocracy, it has been arranged at Wanderwood Wilds in Gibbi Point for more than 50 years. This year there are a few adjustments, like the number of Houses participating will be reduced from 8 to 6. Only teenagers can compete, and the Houses involved will be rotating.

King Tarriot opened People Chamber

(Year 235, Spring) It's become a tradition that our Monarch opens the new People Chamber. The 3 chambers are actually separate institutions, and King Tarriot has no role involving anything but the Royal Chamber, which he leads, but following any 5 years election, he is invited to the Peopåle Chamber opening.

This time he spoke about the importance of Mazaloom nation's identity in both national and international affairs. He also pointed out that the winning group, involviong the RIGHT party, the MIDDLE party and Church of Similius, do represent all residents, companies and organisations, also those rooting for a party outside the victory group. The opposition has some important work to do, as well!

Yellow Pages getting an Upgrade

(Year 235, Spring) Our Yellow Pages has been around for years, and with a growing number of companies and organizations, last year this feature was further developed. Each registered company has now got their own page with even more detailed information.

While the upgrade was introduced last year, it is the newly elected Minister of Trades & Taxes, Henrik Kraft, who will stay in charge of the final steps.
