The Bootwig couple moved to town not long ago, and not being very social, not many learned to know them. There seems to be a solid facade, hiding what? Well, Constanza is just Mrs Bootwig, but I'll present her first because she seems to be the one controlling both herself and her husband, Ludwig (see below). They live a good life obviously designed by her.
Constanza likes to make some impression, she is snobby and loves showing of their wealth. I'm not so sure that everyone are impressed, but any way, it makes her feel good. She never had a regular job, and hobbies like roses and food come and go.
Constanza Bootwig is a big woman in several senses, and she is comfortable with it. She has a certain interest in fashion, but don't mind being seen in wearing the same dress twice - during a day.
Ludwig Bootwig

Ludwig Bootwig is hard to get to know, and if few made a relation with his wife Constanza, none made it so far with Ludwig. He simply feels different.
Still, Mr Bootwig came to town to work as Principal at the local school. The kids find him a tad scary, but he does his work well. It's a bit unusual that an evil person like him get to work with kids, but he probably manage to control himself - following directions from his wife? She seems to make most of the decisions for them both.
Mr Bootwig's appearance is pretty traditional. Guess who chose his formal wear?
* There is rumours that the Bootwig name should be pronounced Boot-Wig and that Mr Bootwig actually wears a wig, while others think it's Boo-Twig because Mr Bootwig is thin like a twig. When locals make contact they might get the right answer, too.
