The Gallery got a new Portrait

(Year 230, Spring) Prince Royal Blaise is finally on the wall!

At the royal palace Chateau Peak, there is a wide corridor called «The Gallery». It connects Queen Evez Salon with the Mazaloom Grand Hall. In this room hangs numerous portraits of adult members of royal House of Luxe-Hamper. The Monarch is to decide whether a member qualifies or not, and there are in fact a couple members not yet admitted.

Nobody ever doubted that His Royal Majesty King Tarriot would honor his younger brother with a portrait, though. In fact, in his short speech, the King stated this honor was overdue.

HRH Prince Royal Blaise (59) was proud to finally be there on the wall.

- It is not so much about myself or how well I did representing the royal family, but the greatest honor is to now be allowed to hang around with my late parents and some of our long gone family.

King Tarriot and Queen Venezia looked quite emotionally touched during this quick ceremony, which is not so weird at all as there can be years between each new portrait - next occasion might be more than a decade ahead. It is a big event to everyone involved.

The new portrait hangs next to his late Aunt HH Princess Astoria, mother of the two Princesses who were not (yet) admitted a portrait - previously often referred to as «The Party Princesses». Both Princess Aleccandra and Princess Hortenzia reside in Tartosa and are pretty much out of the loop after late Queen Evez ripped their Her Highness titles 39 years ago. They are still being members of the royal House of Luxe-Hamper.

Blaise's wife, HH Princess Druella was nowhere to be seen. They reside with their two teenagers at Darkwing House in Britechester, owned by the Mazaloom Royal Trust. Neither Durella nor the children are members of the royal House.
