(Year 233, Spring) It has become a repeating pattern lately. The mystical clown named Noldus keeps appearing at new locations, and nobody knows his true identity. For each observation the interests grows, and on SimMe the debates have been flying high the past day. Because, last night he was observed at Port Promise in Evergreen Harbor, Region Gloom.
This time the groups of fans and curious residents had met up in four regions where he did not yet show, with a hope of seeing him. Fans were ready in region Gloom, too, but in Newcrest and not Evergreen Harbor. Only one person observed him this time, Jane Opticom (29).
- I was on my way home after cleaning up some waste, as a volunteer, then I decided to walk by the upcoming maker center, which is still in the making. Then I heard someone shouting from, the dock, and there he was! He wanted me to come closer, something I first hesitated to do. Then he shouted something like "Vote for me, join my journey!". I was a bit confused by this message, because if this is about politrics, likie some seem to thing, why the journey? I simply got a feeling that we all were fooled!
Noldus the Clown kept shouting, but according to Jane Opticom it was more or less the same message, always including the journey word.
On the internet groups have posted new guesses, as if this is a contest with a correct answer. One man suggests that it has nothing to do with politics, and besides our election is too far ahead anyway (2 years). Instead he thinks it is an advertizing stunt for a new traveling business.
A woman is quite sure it is an early attempt on getting attention for the election, by someone seeing the attention and mystery as more important tha their actual political ideas.
Finally, the regions are further debated, and with Gloom checked, only Crafthole, Aarbyville and Advorton remains as not yet visited! A self decleared genius suggests that the regions are visited one by one, but not according to their region numbers, but their first letter in reverse order. Only C, A and A remains, all being the first possible letters of regions. It started with Windenburg which is last in the alphabet!
If this is correct, Noldus the clown should appear in Crafthole next time! Nobody knows for sure what night it will be, but probably within two or three days. An even bigger question might be what district it will be; Copperdale, Moonwood or Glimmerbrook? If they establish 4 groups it would be possible to be present in all involved hoods, but what exact location? Unfortunately the interest for this clown hunt is rather low in Crafthole...
Will they manage to unveil the clown's identity this time? Time will tell!
