(Year 232, Summer) You might have seen a foreign mini goat and wondered where it belongs? Many of us have. They might appear on your ranch, in your back court, or maybe by the photo booth outside the local recreation center. There might be a name tag telling its name, but not any last name giving a hint on who are the owners.

The Health & Welfare dept. has now received too many complaints to ignore this problem. Therefore, from next year it will be obligatory to include the owner's family name on that tag!
This will not only concern mini goats, but all creatures that are free to walk away from home: Horses, dogs, cats, mini goats, mini-sheep, and chicken. Their name tag can no longer say just "Fluffy", but it needs to say "Fluffy Landgraab", if the animal is owned by the Landgraab family. If possible, don't hesitate adding the official initials for the home district, too. "OS" for Oasis Springs, "HF" for Henford-on-Bagley, and so on. It might help others to bring the animal to your attention.

- Howdy! I own two goats, at least one of the will be gifted to the new owner of my Hauxham nectary farm, so it might be more correct saying that I own just one mini goat. I'm not aware of them ever walking far off, but I must be honest and say that I have little knowledge of what they are up to while I am asleep.
In Copperdale the foreign goats is actually a problem, not the least at the Crafthole Vicarage.

From Year 233 any creature away from home with no family name on its name tag, will cause the owner a fee of §500.
