Royal estates - leaked notes!

(Year 235, Summer) Internal note from the Royal Palace Office (RPO) was leaked, possibly by a palace staff member (rumored to be the fired House Maid Elisabeth Lunvik, but not confirmed). Although the note is not dated, it is of interest as it shows how the numerous royal estates might be occupied over the coming years.

Who's gonna reside at Hafen Herrenhaus?

And, perhaps of even bigger interest, it suggests that some of the current royal caretakers might be asked to move out!

Yes, even royals are seen as caretakers, and even King Tarriot's brother, HRH Prince Royal Blaise is considered a Caretaker. Caretakers don't pay regular rent for using the estate, but they will tend to any bills, and will or will not get those costs refunded by the RPO, depending on their agreement. A member of the royal family will obviously get a little more financial assistance through raised allowances, but it not to be taken for granted. A royal caretaker might use the full estate, while a non-royal will normally just use the servants section if the build is large.

Another detail revealed through the leaked document is that while Caretakers or Tenants of the past would normally get a 10 years contract, it seems like RPO will no longer offer contracts of more than 5 years - that might get renewed.

The Royal Trust owns a total of 8 estates, including the Royal Palace. What we found interesting is of course where the 4 children of King Tarriot and Queen Venezia will stay after their obligatory University years. Also Prince Blaise's 2 children are members of the royal family, and while they will line up after Crown Princess Emireza, Prince Bazil, Prince Cecil and Prince Marcuz, they should still be able to stay at a royal estate.

Wyvern Hall in Britechester is among the older royal estsates.

By tradition, Wyvern Hall in Britechester is reserved for Crown Princess Emireza. Anyone 1st in line to the Crown will stay there untill their coronation, like King Tarriot did in his younger days. This will force Prince Blaise and Princess Duella to move elsewhere, and it seems they might have requested Hafen Herrenhaus up north in region Windenburg. They will stay at Wyvern Hall for a few more years, though, as the Crown Princess will first spend at least 3 years in University, enrolling next year.

Further on, it seems that Prince Bazil might move in at Hafen Herrenhaus when he has gotten his University degree, pushing Prince Blaise and Princess Duella to move once more. It's a few years ahead though, and his uncle and aunt will probably be elders by then, maybe requesting a much smaller estate.

Prince Cecil seems to be set up for Sunneva House in San Sequoia. This is currently rented by former Prime Minister, Laurent Pepperstone, on a 10 years contract, but as he currently resides there alone and it seems less likely that his wife Prudence dP. Pepperstone will return, as she won the current Bellacorde Mayor, he might move out before those 10 years are gone.

Villa Vigna in Tartosa is among the smaller royal properties.

Prince Marcuz, Cecil's twin brother, is set up for Villa Vigna in Tartosa, causing another forced moving. The estate is currently occupied by Baroness Amalia de Verte - King Tarriot's much younger halfsister. She will probably strongly dislike the fact that she is expected to move elsewhere, but she is neither a member of the royal House of Luxe-Hamper nor the royal family (not a princess), so she would not occupy Villa Vigna at all if it was not for her generous halfbrother, the King. She will probably be forced to buy a home on the real estate market, can she afford that? There was not much for her to inherite from her late parents, but she got some help from the King. Now that she has her own family, she should not expect such support to continue.

We also find notes revealing that HHPrincess Evendice, daughter of Prince Blaise and Princess Duella, might get Casa Cha-Cha in Ciudad Enamorada. She graduated this Summer, but might stay one more year on campus, for unknown reason. We know from the gossip colomns that Princess Evendice had a romantic relation to another student, Mr Robin Hump, but their relation will probably not be approved by the King, so whenever she moves in at Casa Cha-Cha, it might get harder for the two to spend much time together. We don't know whether Evendice did request the King's blessing yet, if their relation was approved on already, we should have known by now.

Prince Blaise's son, Prince Marquis, is not mentioned in those leaked notes. This might be because the notes are a few years old, or because he is so far down in line of successors to the Crown (7th), that he can not expect access to a royal estsate. If nothing better appears for him, he might move in with his parents at Hafen Herrenhouse for a few years, until establishing his own family. He is starting his University years this Fall, so he is no way in a hurry.

It shall be exciting to see if these plans get realised. There might be fresher notes, or adjustments might occure. What seems certain that King Tarriot and Queen Venezia will stay at the Royal Palace in Del Sol Valley for years to come.
