This year we will see the coronation of Baron Myshuno, and there will be a noble wedding in Gloom. In addition, also Windenburg will have a wedding, beyond Region 12.

Here is the major lineup - including some events to be reported on this blog - for the upcoming sim year 227:
San Myshuno covers two districts; Meadows (Meadows, Fashion District, Upperton) and Myshuno (Spice Market, Arts Quarter) which are split by the Myshuno River. Meadows also includes Magnolia Promenade, which is home to low nobility Lord of Prome, held by the House of Rab-Saxor.
House of Saxor (SM)
It looks to be a rather quiet year for House of Saxor.
This Spring Duke Victus and Duchess Gloria will attend Military Tribute Day ceremony at the Meadows.
In Summer Duke Victus and Duchess Gloria will attend the Gloom wedding.
In Fall Duke Victus will attend this year's Farmers' Festival.
In Winter, Duke Victus, Duchess Gloria and Lady Corva will all attend the investiture of the 5th Baron Myshuno, Rainert Ross.
Sovereign: Duke Victus of Meadows
Meadows District Order will host its annual gala dinner at Torendi Tower Penthouse in Summer.
House of Thebe
The late Robert Thebe had the Myshuno Barony, but he left only two daughters who married into other families, and House of Thebe has now expired. One daughter is currently Duchess Ribra Lynn of Rossie, and the other married to Priest Dipperwell of the Church of Similius. This Winter Ribra Lynn's oldest son will get Myshuno Barony, meaning the House of Ross will establish also in San Myshuno. It is not yet known whether Rainert Ross (25) will keep elements of his grandfather's Coat of Arms, but he is already preparing to move in at Fountainbleu Penthouse at Arts Quarter. More details are expected shortly.
This Fall the future Baron Rainert will host a formal dinner, probably with the intention of instating a new Myshuno Trust board.
In Winter Rainert Ross will get his investiture as the 5th Baron Myshuno.

Myshuno District Order has been dormant while the Myshuno Barony awaits investiture of a new baron. The crowning takes place this year, meaning both the Myshuno Trust and the District Order will be operative from next year.
House de Cavalier
This Spring gets busy for House de Cavalier. The household splits, as Old-Duke and Old-Duchess will move over to Hindquarter Manor, taking their retired Cook with them. The fresh Duke Charlopold must hire a new Cook. This year might be the last year that the retired couple takes on community engagements.
In Spring Duke Charlopold will attend the 40 years anniversary of the Wildlife Society, Old-Duke Aquess will attend Military Tribute Day, and Old-Duchess Claudine will attend Brindleton Horticultural Society's 80th anniversary.
This Spring Lady Merielle graduates from university.
In Summer Duke Charlopold, Old-Duke Aquess, Old-Duchess Claudine and Lord Leon will all attend the Gloom wedding, where Lady Merielle de Cavalier is the bride.
In Summer the chateau gardens will be open to the public as usual, and Old-Duchess Claudine will give her traditional tours. Tickets must be bought in advance.
This Winter Duke Charlopold will attend the investiture of Baron Rainert of Myshuno.
House von Fyres

Dominic Fyres is the current Lord of Deadgrass. He is also Lord von Dresden and von Haunt (Windenburg). Lord Deadgrass is Region 12's only Lord that is ranked high nobility, which is unique also in SimNation.
Just one minor event at Deadgrass Island this year, in celebration of the annual Moon Memorial Day (Winter).

The Brindleton District Order annual gala dinner takes place at Chateau Cavalier in Spring. Duke Charlopold de Cavalier is now sovereign and will host the dinner for the first time.
The Gloom Barony covers Upperton, Willow Field, Muggerdale and Evergreen Harbor.
House von Kaching
This year will be a busy one, including a wedding!
Winter of Year 225 Lord Edward got engaged to Lady Merielle de Cavalier, and wedding takes place this Summer!
In Spring Baron Bud and Baroness Rose will attend the Windenburg wedding.
This Summer is the wedding finally coming up! Lord Edward will get his Lady Merielle, who will graduate from university this Spring. The wedding will take place at Church of Similius in Gloomville, and high nobility guests are expected to be seen.
This Summer Lord Edward and Lady Merielle are expected at the Red Bars Festival at Church of Similius - it's not yet known whether their wedding will take place during the the festival.
In Fall all of Baron Bud, Baroness Rose, Lord Edward and Lady Merielle are expected to guest the Muggerdale Fair, which celebrates 120 years! Paula Ching, Lady Mugger (the Baron's sister) will also attend.
In fall Lord Edward and Lady Merielle will visit Evergreen Harbor to meet with locals. Two of the community spaces are 10 years old this year.
Baron Bud had originally planned to step back, but the old rule asking for only one high nobility sovereign investiture per region per year will delay the investiture of Lord Edward one more year. Last year the dukedom de Cavalier celebrated their new Duke, and this year Myshuno get a new Baron (which was planned for years). The Royal Chamber is looking into whether Gloom Barony will have their investiture next year on first day of Winter, or if they will need to wait for a natural change of sovereigns.

Gloom District Order will host its annual gala dinner at Umbrage Manor in Spring.
Oasis Springs' only high nobility peerage is the Verde Barony, covering Verde, Dusty Turf and Nookstone. StrangeVille is administrated by Oasis Springs, but is not a part of the barony.
House of Sax-Donnersmalt

In Winter Baron Auphor is expected to attend the Von Donnersmalt Memorial Day.

The Verde District Order annual gala dinner that takes place in Fall at Yuma Height Palace.
The high nobility peerage, Crest Barony, expired some time ago. Currently House of Dipperwell is the highest ranked family, as they hold the Priest of Church of Similius, which ranks as high nobility barony. The Priest title is no real peerage though, and includes neither Old Crest, Crestville nor Rivercrest. Also the old Crest District Order expired long ago.
This year Newcrest is the main host of the annual region wide Farmers' Festival. Each year the districts focus on their local main crops and flora, by decorating and eating more of their local signature crops. Newcrest has no signature crop, so it will be up to the local committee. This year's 2 days festival takes place in Fall. Stepping back before death used to be a privilege of the high nobility, but in recent decades this was restricted to the dukedoms.
House of Dipperwell
Priest Antonius Dipperwell works at the Church of Similius, located in Gloomville. He can not choose not to attend any event. This year will be rather ordinary, except for the Glom wedding in Summer.
Outside Region 12
Region 12 covers San Myshuno (incl. Magnolia Promenade), Gloomville (incl. Evergreen Harbor), Oasis Springs (incl. StrangerVille), Newcrest and Brindleton Bay. Here are a few more districts:
Windenburg district covers the hoods Oldtown, Lykke (Harbor & Isle) and Dresden. The only high nobility peerage is the Windenburg dukedom, covering the entire district. This district is administrated by Region 28.
This Spring sees the wedding of the Duke and the local Monastery turns 125 years old!
House von Heimlich
This Spring Duke Merlin gets married, and the ceremony takes place at the Ancient Ruins.
In Spring Duke Merlin and wife will attend the 150 years anniversary celebrations of Old Town Market.
In Fall Duke Merlin and wife attend New Dimension Day.

In Winter the Windenburg District Order annual gala dinner will be arranged at the renovated Von Windenburg Estate.
Rossie district's high nobility is the Dukedom of Rossie, covering Henford-on-Bagley (Finchwick, Old New Henford, Bramblewood), Britechester (Gibbs Hill, Britechester, Foxbury) and Forgotten Hollow. The Rossie area is is administrated by Region 11.

In Fall the oldest son, Lord Rainert, turns 25, and will move to Fountainview Penthouse at Arts Quarter in San Myshuno. This is the head residence of the Myshuno barony.
In Winter Lord Rainert gets his investiture as the 5th Baron Myshuno. Duke Jarret, Duchess Ribra Lynn and Rainert's 3 younger brothers Baron Robert, Lord Julius and Lord Magnor, will attend the ceremony.
In Winter Duchess Ribra Lynn will host a series Ross Memorial Day concerts open to the public, in honor of 3 anniversaries:
100 years anniversary of the birth of late Duchess Julia (Y127-190).
100 years anniversary of coronation of Duke Benedict II.
225 years anniversary of coronation of the first Rossie Duke, Scubret Ross.
