The Royals spotted in Tartosa!

(Year 229) Out of the blue, locals of the small town Tartosa got themselves a big surprise this morning running into His Royal Majesty King Tarriot and HRH Queen Venezia! They pay Tartosa an unannounced visit, meaning they are here in personal affairs and only with a minor staff team.

Winter is a bit more chilly than the rest of the year, but in this region it's more like a hot day in Spring than a freezing experience. The royals looked rather casual despite dressing up a bit more than the average tartosian. Rumors have it they are not here on a vacation.

King Tarriot's half sister Amalia Ellice Luxe-Hamper Hoffstar recently moved here to reside at Villa Vigna, which is property of the Mazaloom Royal Trust. There might be practical issues to be sorted out, as the villa is also home to a family of nectar makers, who for years has been tending the king's personal right to produce and sell Vino. His produce deed is the only Vino deed in the entire kingdom, exclusive like several nectar deeds are, so the production do need professional attention.

King Tarriot and Queen Venezia seemed to enjoy their stroll through the village. They are well known here in Tartosa as both their families hail from Tredony. The Queen grew up here, as the daughter of Baron Bazil de Tartosa, and The King's grandfaher, HRH King Tybe, resided Castillo Tredony as The Count de Tredony until he was offered the Mazaloonian throne back in Year 150.

We can only speculate on where the couple met when they were children or teenagers, long before they actually married in Year 210. They probably walked these roads many times before. Tartosa is the perfect spot for any romancing couple, that is for sure.

Villa Vigna is seen up there on the hills, with a spectacular view to the village and the ocean. The lower build on the right is for their nectar production and storage. The villa is large enough for both Amalia Ellice and the  Laurent family. King Tarriot also owns a smaller house on a tiny island, that is his private property currently let to Novelist Mr. Victor Fabe Altham, Baron de Aarby, but where one of the 3 princes might reside in the future.

Because this stop is private, the Royal Palace did not reply clearly on how long the King and Queen will stay, only that no official duties are on their agenda.
