(Year 231, Fall) Just before Fall greets Winter, HRM King Tarriot hosted this year's Jubilee Lunch at the royal palace. This is a tradition where a select of members of the great peerage get invited, allowing the Monarch to show them some honor regarding their anniversaries. Every year each region's high nobility Peer will send a list of upcoming anniversaries to the royal palace office, suggesting for them to either get a royal visit or to be invited for the next lunch. The Jubilee Lunch takes place most years, but is skipped or postponed if there are too few persons on that guest list.

When your House or your Peerage celebrates an anniversary, you might find yourself drinking tea next to the King! Some years the Queen will participate, also.
This year one peerage and three houses were celebrated:
The origin of the Sür-Blyth barony, Brindleton Bay, was founded 125 years ago. Current peer,
Baroness Elvira de Sür-Blyth (47) attended with her husband Baron Hugo V. de Sür-Blyth (37). He is the brother of Duchess Luna de Cavalier, by the way.
House de Lobo, San Myshuno, is 50 years old this year, and current Head,
Diego Lobo (51) attended the Jubilee Lunch, wearing his floral suit, but thankfully not bringing any of his large, pink poodles.
House of Honeydew, Britechester, also celebrates 50 years, and head of house
Raspoutin Honeydew (51) attended with wife Elvira (49). The Honeydews are well known for producing honey. Elvira is also a Politician on national level.
Finally, House of Profedius, Windenburg, turns 50 years. Head of house,
High Priest Ansgar Profedius (67) attended the lunch. There has been a growing conflict between the High Priest and the Royal family, including King Tarriot addressing the Church of Similius' very outdated lack of gender equality, which has been the king's heart course the last years. The fact that the High Priest actually accepted the invitation might show there exits a room for dialogue.
There were a total of 40 guests, but before the serving of tea and sandwiches the special attendees were greeted in King Tarriot's office (pictured).
