Trial Verdict: Amy Cracrow vs Victor F. Tangerin

(Year 231, Fall) Last year the then 17 years old Amy Cracrow sued former Region 12 Mayor, Victor F. Tangerin (then 72) for spreading the White Eyes Syndrome by having minimum 10 unlegitimate children with different women. The case was brought to Court House last year, and this week sees the verdict!

Victor (Fling) Tangerin was found guilty of constantly spreading his rare eye syndrome and for not paying financial support to his numerous unlegitimate children. Court stated that it is not illegal to have children outside marriage, but when having 10 of them over a short period, the activity can no longer be described as a "random woohoo affair". But most important, knowing his DNA profile, he should have taken precaution.

Court supports Amy Cracrow's claim of all children to be correctly registered with their real father in the residents registry, and that Tangerin shall pay financial child support with a total of §10,000 per child, covering their first 20 years. This rate is according to Mazaloom's welfare system.

Amy Cracrow was supervised by Lawyer Alberthin Druemann (68).

However, 8 of the 10 affected children withdrew their case as their mothers refused to see their child connected with Tangerin in the public residents index, meaning they also miss out on the child support.

Verdict: Victor Tangerin is fined §10,000 as a general penalty. In addition he shall pay §500 to Amy Cracrow (18) within end of each year for 20 years - where of §9,000 is already due, and §500 to David Fyres (12) within end of each year for 20 years - where of §6,000 is already due.

Victor Tangerin's wife, Claudia Tangerin, Mester Shine (77), left Court House in anger. We assume that she is the one who will have to take this total bill of §30,000, thanks to her husband's secret entertainment of the past.
