(Year 234, Spring) Did you ever wonder what are the main hobbies of the four royal teenagers? Let's check with three of them, all students at the same boarding school in Windenburg.
In the yard in front of Summerfield High, an old herrenhaus in Windenburg's countryside, the three students agreed to meet with us. HRH Crown princess Emireza (23), HRH Prince Bazillimus (21) and HRH Prince Cecil (19) are all students at the same high school, a topic that stirred up some critical reactions few years ago.
The Crown Princess remember the protests regarding security.
- This school is perfectly safe. Nobody should need to worry. All students come from aristocracy, and it is not normal that you see us all 3 gathered, like now. We had to ask for permission, and the permission was given for only so many minutes.
Summerfield High is located at Dresden in Windenburg and run by Hettie P. Fartingham. The school focuses on anything a noble - or royal - student might need to learn about - from etiquette, history and nectar making, to gourmet food, classical music and dancing.
- We learn a little about all those things that are expected from us later in life, Prince Cecil explains. - Say, I was never interested in coat of arms within artistocratic Houses, but now this art and tradition has become one of my hobbies. Those old symbols and patterns are often seen as outdated, but they do tell important stories, that I like to learn more about. History in general is a good hobby that never gets boring because it holds so many levels and categories.
- He might open his own royal Plopsy store, Crown princess Emireza jokes.
- Nah, I'd rather aim for a full cross-stitching mall, Bazil laughs.
And what about the Crown princess?
- I'm totally into horse riding, she says without hesitation. - I love spending time with the horses at the royal stable in Newcrest, it's a pity we have no horse here at Summerfield High. We do visit a stable just once every year to learn a little about horse riding, but that was just a single day excursion.
And your brother, Prince Marcuz?
- He is not a student here, but in StrangerVille. We believe he focuses on sports and that his favorite might be basketball, but we can not tell you for sure what is his main hobby.
None of the royal teenagers are interested in Pottery?
- No, Crown princess Emireza answers. - Our family (House of Luxe-Hamper) is asigned with the Handiness skill, and as children we all were encouraged to learn woodworking. So, I believe we all might go for something different as our main hobby. Pottery is not very different from Woodworking, after all.
