(Year 228) A brand new TV show will premier end of January! Today the last recordings with a live audience took place at Fun Factory at Magnolia Promenade. The show includes many guests as well as reports from visits to local households.
Main host, Fritz Mervil, is assisted by a Castle Reporter and a Guest Caretaker, but refuses to tell us who his two assistants are or what exactly they will do. The former is said to visit households all over the region, with video reports being presented during the show. There is no rule for what households to be featured, but we will try to visit one high nobility House per show, plus one other. It will be possible posting a request if you want to be visited, or if there is a specific house you want us to tour. The Guest Caretaker will of course tend to our guests.
- Anyone who watched all previous video productions by Simmerville Studio will recognize them both, but they never appeared in the same production before! That's all I can say now!
It was freezing cold at Fun Factory during the recording, and both Mervil and the audience complained, but nobody left the set.
- If we shall use this venue for the entire season, they better offer some love and heat, Fritz Mervil stated.
The concept of The Simmerville Show is to highlight some of the many interesting stories and builds our region has on offer. So much is happening that nobody gets to know, and honestly, most won't even make it to a show like this. Still, we will meet locals either on stage or in their home - humble or luxurious, there's room for all. The formula for each show might change over time, but the plan is to follow the current structure for the first season and then evaluate. There might be a new show every month, or perhaps bi-monthly, but with this format instead of long movies, it will be easier to adjust the work amount according to time available. So, there might be some shorter episodes now and then.
In the audience we saw no showbiz celebrities, but at least two familiar faces were seen on front row:
Hugo (Villareal) de Sür-Blyth, Lord de Sür-Blyth and Florist
Edith Mox. Hugo married to Lady de Sür-Blyth a few years ago and now resides in Brindleton. Edith is daughter of Ochana Mox, the winner of the
"Sims by Numbers" show that aired (on blog) before Edith was even born. She is married with 2 kids and a cat, in Gloomville.
Fritz Mervil is the CEO of Simmerville Studio, Inc., but he proves to be a charismatic show host as well! In his past he worked both with modelling and acting, and contributing to Simmerville Studio's biggest project this year was an easy choice.
But hey... who is offering a massage, if not...?
