UPDATED: Few months ago EA rearranged the texture layout for nails, and my old recolor did no longer work. Sorry for not fixing this earlier. 

Here is a new version! The nail length is still medium - intended for society rather than extreme style modelling ;) Colors are not exactly the same as the old version (main project was deleted long ago), but the original point stays unchanged: More reds/pinks and less greens/blues. I need the paler versions for my duchess, countesses and baronesses. And the stronger reds and pinks will be fine for anyone preferring to stand out a bit more. Some of  the reds will look brighter red in game.

This time I also included a French tip version (number 8) ;)

I love that nail polish was added to the game, and I spent a full day adjusting the more nail focused part of my 400+ sims population. I mostly use the plain versions, and I was a bit surprised that we only get 1 red and 1 pink. I prefer more variety - so I created 18 recolors for the medium lengthy nails.

The exact color options are not that important to me. Variety is. With these 18 extra options I can  at least find more colors to match a specific outfit or general make up. I spend very little time on these details in my game, but every now and then it might be essential. 2 more bright reds were added after the thumb image was created.

So, feel free to grab this CC - which is a bit weird as most of us were hoping to skip CC nails totally. These are only plain one color nails, and they are only on the semi long nails which I will probably use most. I did not bother adding the colors to the very short nails, as those of my sims having short cut nails will not be all that focused on color options anyway.

I'm sorry that my contribution will probably not work with the base game only (I noticed too late), you will need the Spa Day pack for this to work.

Also, I was not expecting the nail items to work with The Sims Studio quite yet, but this file was tested in my game and seems to work fine and should at least work as a temporary addition, hopefully forever..

I'm sure there might be many more CC options out there in a  short while, but I hope you will enjoy these while waiting :)

This is a stand alone that will not replace anything in your CAS catalog.
