Book Release: Raven's Feathers

(Year 234, Fall) This week book readers flocked to the bookstore at Orchid A-Go in Del Sol Valley to attend the anticipated release of «Raven's Feathers - Shadows of Ravenwood» by Author Shadius Tapper (27). He resides in Copperdale, but grew up in Ravenwood. This book is his first big release.

According to the publisher, Moon Books, this is «a guide to a very old secret society of Ravenwood. Secrets that they don't want you to know.» The book, which is non-fiction, already stirred up some conflicts back when it was in the planning (article Sprng of Year 233).

Tapper grew up with all those shady rumors involving a secret cartel of locals, going many generations back in time. Did he spoil all those secrets? What locals are mentioned in his book?

The release day also included a few short lectures by the Author. Then Octavia Moon served sparkling nectar, and Tapper signed more books in the bookstore, before he offered the next lecture. The book will definitely sell well in Ravenwood.

If the name Tapper sounds familiar, it is worth mentioning that Shadius' mother is the Actress Fedibeth Tapper. She is also busy these days releasing her come back movie, «My Late Sister in Ravenwood». Here you can read about her premiere night.

The poster selling the book is all over town, and by the bookstore entrance there is even a live raven grabbing the attention of anyone passing. That should be a good PR gripe.
