Swordsmanship to StrangerVille?

(Year 234, Winter) Mr Ted Rossell Mester Acres, residing in StrangerVille, has built another community lot based on his personal uncommon architectural taste and interest. Today he invited for a small show-off at Cliff Side Crest.

Rossell has been taking a central position in the little community. This coming election is their first to elect their own district Mayor, but unfortunately he can not run, as elders are not allowed. Instead he wants to bring Swordsmanship to StrangerVille - in his own way.

The new community build is not resticted to swords though, although there are plenty of knight and sword decor.

The four staircases all lead up to the main room. In other words : No queue!

- I had to start with a theme, but this lot can be rentede by anyone running a community lot service, being a company or a club. I will charge a small rent, and we will agree on adjustments. The indoors will be cleared beforee the takeover, or the renter will pay for the equipment beyond plumbing and lightning.

Interior leaves no doubt - there are two swordsmanship dummies.

- I just come here to practice a little while waiting for some business to take place, Rossell says. - Here on top floor is a splendid view down to StrangerVille. The room might also be perfect for a restaurant, which we don't have in StrangerVille at this point. 

A woman  arrived and approached Ted Rossell while the old man was deeply into the fight with his bunny dummy. She babbled away about some lost keys and the Capp dynasty.

Then she got in the way... ouch!

- Can't you see I'm too busy discussing keys?

- Can't you see that hurts!

- You won't find your key here, mam! Besides, I just founded my own Rossell dynasty!

Rossell is not only holding the title Mester Acres, but he is also Knight of StrangerVille. And his House is known for originally owning all land of Shady Acres.
