University Graduatees

(Year 235, Summer) The first member of the current generation of growing up royals got their degrees! There will be plenty more over the next few years, but today the attention goes to HH Princess Evendice alone.

Graduatees: Mr Robin Hump, HH Princess Evendice, and Mr John Phlum.

The obligatory photo session took place at University of Britechester, where she studied for 3 years. Students normally spend 4 years on their degree, but royals (and a few high nobility Houses) follow a fast track focusing on a total of 4 classes every term. This gives less room for joing all the fun student activities, but saves them a full year.

Princess Evendive (29) got her Language & Literature degree with honors. She has not yet decided future career, officially. With no public role for the royal family, she can only expect a minor allowance, and a regular job will come handy, especially if she plans to reside one of the costly estates owned by the Crown. Those bills are hefty! The rumor has it she plans to stay on campus for at least this Summer and Fall. Maybe she is planning on Education?

Another graduatee of interest is Mr Robin Hump (28). He got his Communication degree with honors. Mr Hump is a member of House of Hump, but his mother did re-marry to Lord Bennet Ross (brother of Duke Jarret of Rossie), so many do faulsly see Mr Hump as a member of the high nobility House of Ross. He lived at Shiningham Hall, but has no rights there. Being suggested as Princess Evendice's boyfriend stirred some rumors, but fact is that a romantic relation was never official, as King Tarriot never approved on it. And would his background be good enough for a princess? All princes and princesses will need the Monarch's blessing when finding a future spouce. This is officially controled by the Royal Chamber, but they will normally not interfare unless the Monarch's decission is found controversial.

Mr John Phlum (35) got his Drama degree.with honors.

Also at Foxbury Institute s couple indexed resiodents graduated.

Miss Valeria Phlum (32) got her Biology degree. She is engaged to Baron Rainert of Myshuno, and their wedding comes up later this Summer. She has already worked a few years with Medicine, before starting her studies.

Mr Zaviar Jupiter (35) got his Physics degree with honors. His father is a well known Meterologist, and it is expected that Zaviar will now follow in his father's footsteps, perhaps even completing his spaceship?
