(Year 231, Winter) This is the third part of a brief introductions to the 5 departments of People Chamber. They are Law & Justice, Trades & Taxes, Culture & Entertainment, Health & Welfare, and finally Science & Education. Here is the current 4 seats of Culture & Entertainment dept.!

This department deals with all cultural aspects of our community, including museums, holidays, stages for performances, film and photo/painting industry and much more. They also oversees the History Book, and the Artists Guild. The 4 members include the secondary representative from Church of Similius. That is not a random assignment, because this is the department that handles anything regarding the stately religion which is - Church of Similius.
Another piece of interest is that Stella K. Tocker and Henrik Kraft are siblings both from the RIGHT party. Despite representing different regions (Advorton and Windenburg), central politicians have claimed that siblings and other close relatives can not be in the same department, and in this case they even hail from Windenburg which happens to be where Church of Similius has its biggest church - the Similius Cathedral. A new rule will probably be decided before next election.
Anaya Jang (65)
Minister, elected for Region 12 Mazaloom, represents LEFT party. She leads a RIGHT dominated department, as described above also involving a couple administrative matters. She has been on People Chamber for several periods and is personally well skilled on several cultural arenas, including painting and singing. She runs her own styling salon, Salon Orchid, located in Del Sol Valley. She resides at Arts Quarter, San Myshuno, with husband and grown up daughter.
Politically Jang is known for her focus on people rather than economy and property. Years ago she was once branded the politician that was meant to lead the Health & Welfare, but preferred to share joy. she is good at communication, but her extrovert behavior mostly regards fronting projects than to be joyful. She has the traditionalist's eye on esthetics.
Stella (Kraft) Tocker (69)
Elected for Region 7 Advorton, represents RIGHT party. Tocker grew up in Windenburg, but moved long ago, and also raised a son in Chestnut Ridge. She is now a widow and they reside at New Appaloosa, but she has stated that she prefers dogs over horses.
Politically Tocker belongs to the World United fraction, and she is seen as open minded, embracing new directions especially when she can have some impact on the result. More locations for socializing is one of her expressed goals. Another goal of hers is to build a 32 units rentable tower in New Appaloosa, but locals can rest assured that it will never happen as Tocker is in the wrong department. Due to age, this is Tocker's last period on People Chamber.
Henrik Kraft (57)
Elected for Region 1 Windenburg, he represents the RIGHT party. He grew up in Windenburg, where he still resides as single. He has been a local patriot for years, although not really making any greater impact at People Chamber. Like his older sister, Stella K. Tocker, Kraft has a focus on people and social aspects of our community. Privately he prefers fishing over socializing, though.
Politically Kraft was a weak and rather undecided capacity, meaning well but not always successfully making his statement clear. He was clearly involved when social content of the new regional Recreation Centers was handled. He used to belong to the No Sim Left Behind fraction, but before the last election he switched to the Simoleons for Everyone fraction of the RIGHT party.
Antonius Dipperwell (63)
Non-elected, representing Church of Similius. Resides in Newcrest and serves the huge Meadows parish as Priest of the Gloom Church. This is makes him the 2nd most important Priest, right after the High Priest in Windenburg. He is married with 3 children.
Politically Dipperwell is quite vague, like the Priests often will be, not really belonging to any political fraction. He is seen more as a guardian on behalf of Church of Similius. He has been criticized for not attending all major debates in the chamber.
