Hope Terra - se 1 - ch 7: Fenced in

All of Hope's children are now teenagers. Hope can finally relax a little, as Aquid, Davitor, Animere and Shimmerita takes on more responsibilities. But there are still important information waiting to be told, and Hope realizes that she must soon tell her children everything they need to know...

One day the five of them are observing the Portal of Mersea South, in the hope of seeing a glimpse of anyone from the old Mersea group, Hope notices two black mermen out there!

They belong to the Mudder group, that she already told the four children about, briefly.

Hope Terra - se 1 - ch 6: The Mudder group

Long ago mermaid Hope Merez climbed onto land to marry her sailor, Rasmus Klinge. Rasmus died years ago, and Hope raised their four kids alone, on the tiny island in the middle of the ocean. No land can be seen in any direction, except from a few bigger rocks here and there.

The boys, Aquid and Davitor, are already teenagers. They help catching fish and growing food. The girls, Animere and Shimmerita, are still kids, but will soon grow up.

They moved the huge firepit from the southern beach, to a tiny field on the north side. On calm days they sit there the hour before sunset, to discuss past, present and future. They call it «court garden»

Detesters - Season 2 - Chapter 2 - Moving in

Well, I'm excited to find out how the girls, Sally and Sabina, will do as they grow up, and guess what - today they will at least grow a little bit older! Probably the longest toddler stage in history :-)

Pauline and Hector Detester just moved to Galucca* with the daughters Sally and Sabina, and the ever farting dog, Sabby. They spent last night at Seagull Cottage**, and will today move in at their new home here in Galucca!

Pauline: I'll never sett foot again in this trashy hotel nest wannabe! First toasts for breakfast and then grilled cheese for lunch!

Hope Terra - se 1 - ch 5: Toxic

Hope's oldest child is a teen, and the youngest is still a toddler. There will be many years until any of them will establish their own family.

The weather is bad. Hope Terra,  the tiny island surrouunded by the ocean, has no protection against the storms. Still, if it rains, who cares?

They all are half mer people, and mermaids and mermen are not afraid of some water. Some rain only means they can stay on land for a little longer before having their daily swim.

The Sims 4 - Get to Work - Retail trailer

The retail businesses trailer is out today! Running a store is just one of several new careers in the upcoming The Sims 4 expansion pack, Get to Work, coming this April.

While the venues for careers like Medicine, Police and Science will be added to existing worlds, the GTW EP comes with a new hood called Magnolia Promenade. This is where the premade retail businesses are located, but you can of course benefit from the features on any community lot in your world.

Magnolia Promenade comes with four new business lots. The street looks cozy, and is it the harbor we see back there? Looks like blue waters...

Gloomville Diaries - gen 1 - ch 30: Twins' birthday

Ochana still had not discussed with Agaton or Sonia Oaksdale, why their farm next door was named Willow Farm instead of Oaksdale Farm. But these days it was all about the youngest twins, Pivian and Paula - their teen birthday was coming up!

Ochana and Chad were still in love, after all these years. Occasionally they were flirting as much as it would be tempting having another child, but maybe four of them should be enough. The last attempt could result in triplets, mind you!

- Love you so much, Chad!
- Oh, I love you, too, Ochana! By the way, would it be a good idea moving to Magnolia Promenade?
- Why? asked Ochana.
- Just thought it would be easier to start over in a smaller flat than to raise funds to equip this big mansion.
- Well, just no!

Detesters - Season 2 - Chapter 1 - Arriving Galucca

The Detesters just arrived town of Galucca* by bus! Yay! The purple route, to be exact.

Pauline: Argh, I wouldn't have survived one single minute longer on that bus!

Hector: Well, we had a 3 hours break only 1 hour ago... but yes, it was a long trip. Easpecially to Sabrina and Sally. Even Sabby is exhausted.

Pauline: It looks like a gas station over there... I'll ask them where we shall go from here!

Gloomville Diaries - gen 1 - ch 29: A Glee next door?

Ochana visited the Crumpleton household again, but was told to leave. And she organized some information on the corkboards in the secret office. But then what?

Ochana finally got the new kitchen floor that she wanted for so long. She thought the upgrade from linoleum to tiles made a great impact.

Cleaning the kitchen was much more fun with a new floor!

Then she sat down to read a little. She wished there was a book telling everything about Gloomville's past. Instead she read about timber industries of the past, quite a boring subject, but maybe she would find something of interest?

There was recently released a new promotion trailer for the Medicine career, and it also included images of new hairstyles - 9 male and 9 female. Which one is your new favourite?

There might be more new hairstyles in the actual expansion pack that is released April 2015.

Hope Terra - se 1 - ch 4: Growing up

Hope realizes that her beloved Sailor, Rasmus, is gone! The boat is found empty, and there's no sign of her husband.

Life goes on at Hope Terra, the tiny island surrounded by a few rocks and the ocean. Raising four kids alone is hard enough, if it isn't also Winter, and their's out of food most of the time. While the water is this freezing cold, Hope thinks diving underwater would be too risky. After all, she is now half human.

One day she tells the kids about their granddad, the merman Aquator Merez. Aquid is the oldest, wearing a yellow t-shirt. Davitor is the other one, both with their mother's hair colour. The two girls are still toddlers, too young to understand it all.

Detesters - 17 - bonus - On the bus

Pauline, Hector, Sally and Sabina are leaving Twinbroke town, heading for Galucca!* Unfortunately for Pauline, they are traveling cheap - by bus...

Hector: Such a wonderful landscape we get to see!

Pauline: Hmfp... these seats are painful, I'm sure that they forgot to test them!

Hector: In a few hours we'll reach Gulacca... uhm, Galucca. It will be wonderful!

Gloomville Diaries - gen 1 - ch 28: Oaksdale family tree

Ochana had to focus more on the Secret Mission. So many questions were still not answered. Today she had great plans!

She did not normally stand by the front door wishing each of the for children a nice day at school. Most mornings the house would be a pure chaos, and they would be gone before she noticed. But today she was eager to get on with her investigations. She planned a trip to Upperton hood!

- Have a lovely day at school, Paula! she greeted.
- Huh? How would that be possible? You know my teacher doesn't like me!
