Sims by Numbers - Report day 13 - Literature Day

It's day 13 at the Sims by Numbers house, and today is Literature Day! Hm, it actually gives a hint of where Super Sim will be sent, but because everything is directed by wishes and whims, it's hard to tell whether a location will affect the activities at all.


9 AM - Morning meeting
Sissela is today's Super Sim, and she got the envelope with today's directions.

It says that Super Sim will travel to the town library. That's not what Sissela wished for, but she will get to dig up something outside, hopefully earning her some points, and if she wants to purchase anything...?

Nope, no such wishes from Sissela.  She wants to buy an object worth §1000, but the rules say the maximum cost is §100.

Accountant Ochana gives a brief economical overview, the common account has grown a bit thanks to harvests, mostly.

Then Otto wants to buy some coffee machine.

- Need coffee in this house, you know!

But it seems Sissela doesn't agree...

Sissela walked outside to dig up a broken fossil. Not really worth that many points, and thinking about this wasted chance, makes Sissela rather tense.

Anabelle Myers walks by, and Sissela wants to vent to someone, she turns to Anabelle, but the quick conversation is nothing but good. It's better to work on those chores - fishing. She still has the Angler chore. And she does catch some fish, great!

It's time to travel...


12 AM - Library
It isn't really the best place for Sissela. She doesn't feel inspired to read anything, and definitely not to write anything.

Not so inspired...

But Sissela wants to hug someone (Romantic Embrace), and that's a good thing at a library. Using her number 6 to count the males available, she picks Clifton Tabor, the guy playing chess over there...

Then a man decides to block the view, Ryder Scholl. He wants to communicate with Sissela, but well, her whim is her command! Move, Ryder Scoll!

It's not so easy to interrupt Clifton Tabor, so Sissela sits down, trying to make contact.

Clifton Tabor is too busy with his chess game, and Sissel's whim changes. She gives up on the hugging.

She is pretty hungry by now, and walks outside to grab some leftover food.

It's a lovely place, why didn't they have a group outing to this park?

A little lonely though. She could harvest some apples, but she actually fished a box containing one apple this morning. They don't need more apples. Sha can surprise them all by planting an apple tree. Later.

Dang, it seems like Sissela is even less inspired outside the library. You better head back home, girl!

Back at the Sims by Numbers house, Fabian has served lunch leftovers.

Ona, Ochana, Quatore, Toby, Otto and Fabian have a good time in the dining room.

- And a coffee machine might be a good investment!

- I could become a barista, not just a mixologist.

Not much more happens today. The group do their normal stuff on free will.


11 PM - Moods & Scores
Greenest plumbob belongs to Fabian, although Sissela is a strong contender. So, Fabian will be tomorrow's Super Sim!

- Congratulations! Will there be some extra good food served tomorrow?

- Thanks! Ha, do you think I will spend my wishful day on serving food to the others?

- Why not? Would you rather serve something non-edible?

- Why?


There's no red plumbob in the house tonight, but 3 contestants have orange, Ona, Fiona and Toby. From these, Fiona has the weakest plumbob, meaning once again she will be the Loser... poor Fiona, seems like she is on the red chair quite often. Now, to avoid handing over 200 points to Super Sim Fabian, Fiona must solve the midnight challenge within 60 minutes!
Her number is 5, and this is day 13, giving challenge number 5+13=18. Because there are just 9 alternatives, Fiona gets challenge number 18-9=9!
9. Phone another household and hang up after hearing their reaction this late.

Well, that's pretty easy, Loser Fiona!

So easy! No 200 points will be handed to Super Sim Fabian!
