Welcome! :) On this blog you will find stories, how i play and videos created with The Sims 4, but also a few projects from older game versions can be found in the Archive. The old TS3 stories have their own blogs. Most long going stories have a main page with index of updates.

Check out Simmerville's Youtube channel!

I'm no longer on Tumblr! I refused to give all their 3rd parties unlimited access to my computer. Link still works, but no updates.

The Sims by Numbers Show

Sims by Numbers Show is my way of testing the newly released The Sims 4 game. 8 sims will move into a house built and equipped for this project, and there they will spend 20 simdays, following a schedule that also includes lots of time where they will roam about on free will.

There will be 20 reports from the start September 6th to the show ends, hopefully no later than September 30th. This means nearly daily reports!

The group will need to choose chores, have morning meetings, joint tours to community lots, and every day there will be minimum 4 hours of free will. When a chore or opportunity etc is up for grab, it's always the contestant with the highest score who gets the offer first. If turned down, the next will get the offer, and the next. Some choices will be based on each sim's individual number (1 to 8), but chores will mostly be chosen based on their aspirations and traits.

Every second day we'll follow the Sim in Focus, sent out to fulfill certain tasks.

Every day closes with a check on everyone's mood, and the greenest plumbob secures the Super Sim title for the next day (while the reddest plumbob will be the loser).

A pretty detailed routine has been scheduled, and I'm pretty sure this will be some very interesting simdays to report! The sim with the highest score after the 20th day, will win the house and be the founder of my new TS4 legacy starting October 1st!
